Exquisitely stunning hand-drawn batik from tiga negeri (three states) which refers to the states or the cities where it was dyed. Dyed first in Lasem to get the red color, then Solo to get sogan or brown color, and last, Tuban, to get indigo blue color.
In Solo this style of batik was popularized by Nyonya (Mrs) Tjoa Giok Tjiam in 1910.
