EXCHANGING ITEM

  • ▫  If you would prefer another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size.
  • ▫  If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for the said garment in store credit .
  • ▫  If you wish to exchange your item for another model or color, you must return the item and place a new order.
  • ▫  All exchanges must be made within 7 days after the package arrived.
  • ▫  If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.
  • ▫  All sale items will not be accepted for returns, exchange or store credit.
  • When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
    • ▫  Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
    • ▫  When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. This process will take 6 to 12 working days. Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Pithecanthropus will not acceptcarriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
 REFUNDING
  •           ▫  If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the returns note and the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices.
    • ▫  Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.
    • ▫  Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

ORDERING

  • ▫  Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with invalid address will be automatically returned. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately.
  • ▫  Our order is processed immediately so once order ships, we are unable to cancel this. If you do need us to cancel your order please email our customer service right away including your order number and full name in your request.
  • ▫  During sale events and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than normal.
  • ▫  When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with tracking number.
